Office Policies

We are thrilled to welcome you to our practice! Our staff is committed to providing you with the highest-quality care. Your health and wellbeing are our primary concerns. Dr. O’Brien is board certified and fully trained to care for your plastic surgery concerns.

Scheduling

To schedule an appointment with St. Petersburg Center for Plastic Surgery, please call or email our office. Our staff’s primary goal is your utmost satisfaction, which includes accommodating our mutual schedules as efficiently as possible, and we make every attempt to meet requests for specific dates and times. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-hours advance notice. This will allow another patient to be placed in your time slot. With our scheduling practices, we strive to keep waiting time to a minimum. Therefore, we ask for the courtesy of your calling our office to let us know if you will be delayed. We strive to see all of our patients at their scheduled time and appreciate your understanding if we must reschedule you if you are late.

Telephone Calls

We ask that you call the office during regular hours for routine matters and prescription refills. We will not refill prescriptions on weekends. We will return all calls received by the end of office hours that same day. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Fridays, the office closes at 1:00 pm.

Confidentiality

The information in your medical record is private. The only way information can be released to anyone is by a signed consent form that you have completed and signed. The confidentiality also extends to the personal information given to us on your patient information/medical history sheets.
