To Whom It May Concern:

I’m writing this letter to advise you of the fabulous care I’ve received from my doctor.  On September 19th, I had Breast Reduction Surgery and Dear Dr. O’Brien, Jr., was my plastic surgeon.  I have received absolutely wonderful care from not only him but also his entire office staff.  He is the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with and in fact I wish he could be my primary care doctor as well, but his specialty is plastic surgery.   When you find a doctor that is so- caring, thorough and qualified you want to deal with them for everything.  Good doctors are hard to come by where you not only like them and have confidence in them but their entire office staff as well.  He is definitely a doctor that is all for the patient and giving them the best care he can, even if that means seeing fewer patients per day.  He’s a doctor that believes in “Quality “Care” not “Quantity Care” which is a true complement to his profession. 

He answers all your questions and treats you as a person not a number.  He’s a doctor that is caring, honest and sincere.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the results, he did a fabulous job.  In my opinion any insurance company should consider themselves lucky to have a doctor with his degree of expertise and professionalism affiliated with their plan.  Believe me anyone I encounter who is looking for a plastic surgeon I will be sure to pass along his name and give a glowing report of the care I received.  Not that any surgery is fun, but I have truly had an enjoyable experience in dealing with this group of professionals.  Speaking from my personal experience, I can honestly say that anyone who’s a patient of Dr. O’Briens will be getting the best of care, just as I have.

Dear Dr. O’Brien & Staff,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the gifts you gave me on July 11th, & 13th of this year.

I had come to accept the fact that I was always going to be the “fat & ugly” girl in any crowd.  I have tried every diet, exercised till I dropped—yet nothing of any significance ever came of my tenacity.  You have no idea what it is like to have your hips so wide that they rub on the sides of every chair, every theater seat, and of course, every theme park ride.

But by the grace of God that all changed the day I came to your office.  Before, during and after the procedures, you and your staff treated me with respect, kindness and compassion.   You answered every question, reassured every concern and made it the most enjoyable event that something like surgery could possibly be.

For the first time in my life I feel like a “normal” person.  Every day I look in the mirror and I can’t believe that what I see am actually I!!!  It is better than I had even dreamed it could be.  You gave me something that I haven’t had in a very long time—you gave me a positive self-image.  For the first time I actually feel pretty in the skin I’m in.  You gave that to me—and for that I will be forever grateful.

PS I went to the movies for the first time since my surgery recently and I had room on both sides to spare!!
