VASER

A very “hot topic” in our specialty is the field of body contouring.  We ultilize Liposelection which is a form of ultrasonic liposuction.  It is a gentler approach with some improvement in both bruising and recovery.  I have also been tranined in laser liposuction or Smart Lipo, but at this time I do not feel it offers any distinctive advantages.  We can perform this procedure in combination with abdominoplasty, arm lifts, inner and outer thigh lifts and breast surgery.  I have been doing ultrasound assisted liposuction since 1995.  Some of the smaller areas can be done under local anesthesia; more involved procedures may require general anesthesia and we currently utilize Board Certified anesthesiologists only in our practice.  Take a virtual tour with our practice and facility at www.johnobrien.com.
